General Assembly
The General Assembly is CoLab InnovPlantProtect's supreme decision-making body and is responsible for defining the Association's main strategic guidelines, electing its governing bodies and deciding on fundamental matters of its activity and management.
It is made up of representatives of each member (founder or permanent) and the General Assembly meetings are chaired by an elected president, supported by two secretaries.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the body responsible for the strategic and operational direction and management of the InnovPlantProtect CoLab, ensuring the execution of its activities, the achievement of its strategic objectives and representing the institution in all its activities.
It is made up of an odd number, between five and seven members, one of whom is the Chairman, one or two Vice-Chairmen and the remaining members.
