In department 4 – Monitoring and Diagnosis of Pests and Diseases – we are creating new methods of diagnosis and identification of pests and diseases. Based on the analysis of climatic, satellite, soil and local data, we are able to model the progression of pests and diseases, and provide a diagnosis service which will allow farmers and producers to choose the most suitable time for treatment and harvesting (also in the case of the appearance of a new pest in the near future).

As in the Data Management and Risk Analysis department, in this department we also work in collaboration with associations of producers and operating centers in the area of agriculture.
