The purpose of the InnovPlantProject management team is to ensure the harmonious development of all the actions set out in the annual activity plan, so that the objectives defined for InPP are achieved. The management team is responsible for the good execution of the budget, for ensuring the structuring of InPP, for coordinating scientific activities, appointing department directors, articulating collaboration with scientific and technological partners, promoting and managing research and development projects, and guaranteeing the creation of innovation and intellectual property.
