{"id":11557,"date":"2023-10-26T10:16:28","date_gmt":"2023-10-26T10:16:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iplantprotect.pt\/?p=11557"},"modified":"2025-05-14T17:20:29","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T17:20:29","slug":"inpp-participa-no-microbiome-pt-summit-2023","status":"publish","type":"eventos","link":"https:\/\/iplantprotect.pt\/en\/eventos\/inpp-participa-no-microbiome-pt-summit-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"InPP participates in Microbiome PT Summit 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>InnovPlantProtect (InPP) will be present at the 2nd edition of the Microbiome PT Summit, organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biodata.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BioData.co.uk<\/a>, Portugal's national bioinformatics and biological data platform, by the national node of the European biological data program, <a href=\"https:\/\/elixir-europe.org\/about-us\/who-we-are\/nodes\/portugal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ELIXIR EN<\/a>, and the European research network on host-microbe symbiosis <a href=\"https:\/\/symbnet.eu\/\">SymbNET<\/a>, which began yesterday, October 26, and is still going on today, at the Institute of Molecular Medicine (<a href=\"https:\/\/imm.medicina.ulisboa.pt\/pt-pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IMM<\/a>), in Lisbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Microbiome PT Summit brings together the scientific community in Portugal that is working with microbiomes to discuss the latest advances in this area, share experiences and knowledge and network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The director of the Data Management and Risk Analysis department, Ricardo Ramiro, was one of the guest speakers at session IV dedicated to Industry, with a presentation entitled \u201cMicrobiome analysis as a service in agriculture: challenges and opportunities\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>InPP researcher Jo\u00e3o Cola\u00e7o was also present at the event to present the poster \u201cSoil microbiome in pear orchards: is there an effect of <em>Rosellinia necatrix<\/em>?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today marks the end of another edition of the Microbiome PT Summit!
