The purpose of the InnovPlantProject management team is to ensure the harmonious development of all the actions set out in the annual activity plan, so that the objectives defined for the InPP are achieved. The management team is responsible for the proper execution of the budget, for ensuring the structuring of the InPP, for coordinating scientific activities, appointing department directors, coordinating collaboration with scientific and technological partners, promoting and managing research and development projects, and ensuring the creation of innovation and intellectual property.
