InnovPlantProtect (InPP) wishes Happy Holidays to the whole team, Associates and partners sharing the Christmas Tree made by its recently created sustainability team, InPP Greeners.
The maritime pine (Pinus pinaster) was bought from the local Elvas Volunteer Firefighters at a symbolic price, contributing for the fire brigade’s fund-raiser. The trees are collected for the benefit of the forest in nearby Serra de São Mamede.
The pine tree is decorated with repurposed leftover material from the laboratories, including reused paper ribbons and recycled cardboard Xmas balls.

Elvas Volunteer Firefighters sell the pine trees at a symbolic price of € 5 and € 10. Maritime pine is commonly used in Portugal as Christmas Tree. Plastic, paper and cardboard, among other materias, were reused for the decorations.
